 In 1970, Robert’s father opened the family’s first business on St. Charles Historic Main Street. Today, Robert is actively involved in the St Charles City Government and local community. After growing up in Missouri, Robert lived and worked internationally in Italy, Germany and Japan. In the 2000’s, Robert’s real estate career blossomed in Munich, Germany. While in Germany, he successfully led over 200M euros worth of real estate development efforts in the Serviced Apartments space. Returning the the USA in 2009, he has been involved in development projects in Colorado, Montana and Arizona. To date, Robert has contributed to over $750M in development projects.

 Daren has 15 years in Real estate development, acquisition & value add investments. Collectively raised $70M in equity and developed over $500M in real estate during his tenure alongside his partner and father. Daren has a distinct ability

to operate successful businesses and has a passion for creating unique environments within the real estate sector. Daren studied real estate at University of Denver and philosophy at the University of Colorado Boulder.

 Olivia has a background in marketing, sales, as well as project management and execution. She is currently looking after asset management, investor relations, financial analysis, and managing of company logistics. Olivia graduated from the University of Denver and earned her degree in Business Management with a minor in Business Ethics and Legal Studies. She was also at the Daniels College of Business as a Daniels Fund Scholar.
